The site is situated in Malvern, Melbourne’s inner south-east, a handsome, sprawling suburb of prestigious homes, excellent schools, gorgeous parks and lively Glenferrie Road and high street Armadale which bustles with cafes, delis, bookstores and boutiques.
The client’s instructions and desire was to develop the property, live in one of the townhouses and sell the other to clear the total development debt.
