Overview

Sarris International was approached to assist Total Tools Australia to grow and expand the brand Nation Wide.

In 2014 a partnership was formalised between the 2 companies to work together to achieve the goal of rolling out more stores Nationally and Internationally over the next 5 years. Managing all aspects from site identification and site selection, negotiating with local council regarding zoning and usage compliance, achieving Development Approvals, Exterior Signage approvals, preparing all design and documentation for construction, assistance with project management of landlords works and tenancy fit out works to practical completion and ensuring timely handover to franchisee ready for operation. Sarris International assisted Total Tools to grow into over 70 stores Nationally between 2014 and 2018. Total Tools have been servicing Australia for more than 30 years and are Australia’s largest independent professional tools retailer.
