Sarris International was engaged by Synergy property partners to design and manage this new Large format Retail centre development from concept to completion. Managing all the specialist consultants, authority permits, contractors and incoming tenants, the results were incredible. The project was delivered in record time on budget and without compromise.
Completed in early 2019, this large format retail centre is designed to meet the growing demand and modern needs of big-box service providers in the region. It spans 5,170 m2 on a main retail corridor, exposing tenants to 25,000 vehicles daily.
To redesign the existing site from a previously approved entertainment precinct to a proposed new large format retail centre to suit the incoming national tenants briefs and have the project completed and ready to trade within 18 months.
Created a master plan and collaborated with local council to ensure proposal complied with all local authorities requirements to fast track approvals. Formulated a strategic partnership with local consultants and contractors and began staged works during the approval process saving 3- 6 months of original building program.
