When Melbourne’s Crown Casino invited BURGER EDGE to take part in the TENDER FOR the new international food court, Burger edge commissioned Allister Sarris to design their new international standard quick service food retail concept. Allister re- invented the existing Burger edge brand look and feel with this new concept which won the design tender and brought the quick service retailer’s image to a new international design standard.

Allister Sarris has been a Design consultant in the Retail property for over 25 years and I have worked with him on both sides of there fence as a Retail Leasing Manager for major Landlord’s and now as a Retail Property Consultant working for retailers over the past 37 years.
